What changes when you give your agent memory

Before the hands-on steps, here's the idea in one video: without memory, an agent starts every session from scratch and keeps re-asking what it should already know. Give it a memory store and the same agent knows the customer, the codebase, and you. The next few lessons are how you wire that up.
